Yes Florida Statute FS553.791 mandates Private Provider inspections are allowed statewide.

Yes, Florida Statute FS553.791 mandates that when notifying the Building Department that you’ll be utilizing a  Private Provider the local jurisdiction must discount the permit based on operation cost.
